Philippines Helmets and Body Armor Kits

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. A solicitation, (RFP), for this requirement will be posted to SAM.gov in the future. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Small Business Set Aside, contract to support the Philippines Helmet and Body Armor Kits containing the following Brand Name items:

* Team Wendy Ballistic Helmets (Ranger Green; 460 size M/L, p/n 73-71S-E71; 20 size L/XL, p/n 73-72S-E72).

* Peltor Helmet Adapters (qty 80, p/n: 80-CAK-MIC)

* Crye Precision JPC 2.0 Plate Carriers (Ranger Green;15 size Small; 50 size Medium; 15 size Large).

* HESCO 3810 Multi-curve SAPI Cut, Plate Level Ill+, Lightweight
