Phase Two Electrical Installation
Description:

Arts Center & Theatre of Schenectady Inc., Proctors Theatre, is currently working on the installation of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Project at 432 State Street in Schenectady, New York. This project is being financed by the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR). Also, this project is part of the HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program and bidders need to be aware of the requirements as it pertains to this project.

AMERESCO on behalf of Arts Center & Theatre of Schenectady Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified Electrical Contracting firms to provide construction services for the Phase Two Electrical Installation. This will require the discipline subcontractor to:

  • Receive and set owner furnished equipment.
  • Supply and install equipment as indicated on the design drawings and specifications.
  • Installed housekeeping pads for new equipment in accordance with the design drawings.
  • Buildout basement electrical equipment room
  • Supply labor and materials to install the conduit cable and hangers in accordance with the design drawings and,
  • Any other work not mentioned above per the Electrical Scope of Work documents, drawings, and specifications.

AMERESCO will conduct, by appointment only, site walk throughs for interested parties during the week of February 17, 2025, through February 21, 2025, at which time the Scope of Work will be reviewed and discussed.
