The Town of Fairfield on behalf of its Water Pollution Control Utility (WPCU) is seeking competitive bids from qualified Contractors to provide sewer pipe cleaning, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), CIPP sewer pipe lining, sewer pipe point repair and sewer pipe joint testing and sealing.
