Phase 3 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

Providing materials, equipment, labor, incidentals, and supervision for open-cut sanitary sewer rehabilitation, including manhole frame and cover replacement with both standard and watertight covers, manhole frame and cover resetting and/or raising, and temporary and permanent pavement restoration; trenchless rehabilitation in 8- through 24-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, including pipeline and lateral cleaning and pre- and post-rehabilitation closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection, grinding service connections, cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPPL), reinstatement of service connections (post-CIPPL), cured-in-place lateral lining (CIPLL), and pressure testing and chemical sealing of service connections; manhole rehabilitation, step replacement and installation, inflow protector installation, caulk application, chemical grout injection and sealing, chimney repairs and sealing, and bench/invert repairing and rebuilding; warranty inspections of rehabilitated sanitary sewer assets.
