NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
ENGLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY
RENOVATIONS PHASE 2
108 STUTTGART HIGHWAY
ENGLAND, ARKANSAS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, Thursday, June 12, 2025, by Lonoke County Library Systems at the England Senior Center, 100 E. Taylor St., England, AR 72046 for phase one of the England Public Library Renovations.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at the project site: 108 Stuttgart Highway, England, AR. All interested contractors and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011. Prime contractors may obtain one printed set of drawings and specifications at no charge. Subcontractors and Prime Contractors requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased bidding documents are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Lonoke County Library Systems encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
Lonoke County Library Systems reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
