Phase II Rte 140 Stormwater Management Improvements

The Town of Wrentham invites sealed bids for the Phase II Stormwater Management Improvements, Rt 140, Franklin Street, Wrentham, MA, under the provisions of M.G.L. Ch.30, §39M and in accordance with the documents prepared by Waterstone Engineering, PLLC pursuant to MassDOT Permit #5-2024-0674.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Town Manager’s Office at Wrentham Town Hall, 79 South Street, Wrentham, MA 02093 until Wednesday,March 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time.

Bid forms will only be available electronically starting Wednesday, March 4, 2026 after 9:00 am on the Town’s website https://www.wrentham.gov/Bids.aspx . No pre-bid conference will be held. This project is subject to the Commonwealth of Mass prevailing wage rates.

The Town of Wrentham reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids and waive any informality in bidding procedures to the extent allowed by law and make the award as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.

The Town of Wrentham reserves the right to omit part or whole of any proposed work to be performed, as described in the Contract Documents, as may be required to maintain the total cost of work within available funds.
