The City of Fulton will use NBRC funding to perform a Phase II ESA located at the former Nestle parcels. The project involves a Phase II ESA to investigate Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) based on the Phase I ESA findings, to devise a management plan, and to remediate any contamination.
