The County of Ontario (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for RFP# RFP-26-006 Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment for SPRING Building at Finger Lakes Community College . Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny PRIOR TO 4:00 pm on Friday, July 10, 2026 . Late responses will not be accepted.

Project work includes Hazardous Material study related to the FLCC SPRING Building Project .

The County of Ontario, as the municipal sponsor of Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC), has created the Strategic Partnership, Research, Innovation, and Natural Growth (SPRING) Capital Project to construct a new greenhouse and an attached office and lab building on the main FLCC Campus at 3325 Marvin Sands Drive, Canandaigua, NY 144424. As part of that project three buildings will need to be demolished and substantial site work performed including around the existing FLCC Grounds Barn, vehicle fueling area, and two former agricultural barns. The County is seeking proposals to design and implement a sampling and testing program for the three buildings and the impacted site and to interpret the results for use by the design professional hired by the County to properly scope contractor work.
