The City of Aurora is looking to complete Comprehensive Site Investigation activities on the property located at 720 N Broadway, Aurora, Illinois and prepare the IEPA Site Remediation Program (SRP) Reports to obtain an IEPA Comprehensive No Further Remediation (NFR) determination letter for the site.

Background

Previous studies and investigations performed at the site include Phase I ESA, a "Baseline" Phase 2 ESA, and additional borings at the three underground fuel storage tanks (which confirmed the presence of BTEX and PNA's).
