Phase 2 EB Kennelley Building and Site Construction Roofing

EB Kennelley School Bid package #2 Roofing PLA Downes Construction Company, LLC acting as Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) will receive sealed bid proposals in Duplicate on behalf of the Hartford School Building Committee at the Office of Downes Construction, located 200 Stanley Street New Britain, CT 06051 until 2:00 PM EST on April 11, 2025 for the individual bid packages identified in the Contract Documents and as indicated below for the E.B. Kennelly School at 180 White Street, Hartford, CT. 06114.

BIDDING REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) REGARDING THE ABOVE TRADE PACKAGES - All questions regarding bidding procedures, bidding documents and construction procedures are to be directed in RFI form to the Construction Manager Downes Construction Company at kennellybid@downesco.com. All answers will be published by written Addendum. Extension of the RFI deadline may only be revised by written addendum. Questions received verbally will not be answered. The RFI submission deadline is five (5) business days prior to the bid due date at 12 noon EST. RFI submission deadline may ALL BIDS will be received at the office of the Downes Construction until 2:00 PM as noted above and opened publicly and read aloud on April 011, 2025 at the Office of the Office of Downes Construction, located 200 Stanley Street New Britain, CT 06051, after which time no further bids will be accepted. All bidders must include the State Project Number, District Name, Project Name and Bid Package Number & Description (Example - 164-0317 RNV – E.B. Kennelly Learning Lab – BP# 2.7.1 - Roofing). A link to the web-based bid opening will be provided via Addendum.
