The following bid packages are being rebid: BP 2.13 Acoustical Ceilings (SA/DAS) BP 2.25 Communications/Low Voltage Systems (SA/PLA/DAS) BP 2.26 Fire Alarm, Site Lighting, Security/BDA (SA/DAS) The Bid Due Date and Time for the bid packages listed above is Monday, December 8, 2025. All bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM at Newfield’s Main Office, 225 Newfield Ave., Hartford, CT 06106. A virtual bid opening will be broadcast directly following receipt of the bids. There is no in-person bid opening. 2. Bid Submission: Submit one original and one copy of the following with the bid or as noted: • Completed Bid Form with all acknowledgements signed by a principal of the bidding firm. (All Bidders) • Current City of Hartford MWBE Certificate (Required for all Hartford Set-Aside Bidders)
