Texana Center is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified vendors toprovide a comprehensive pharmacy software solution. The intent of this RFQ is to identify vendorswith the experience, technical expertise, and support infrastructure to delivera secure, compliant, and user-friendly system that meets our operational,regulatory and clinical requirements.

Scopeof work and qualification requirements to include :

· Userfriendly and efficient program with electronic prescribing capabilities

· Integrationwith Electronic Health Records or ability to accept ePrescriptions andpre-populate patient, prescriber and drug information

· Alertsfor patient allergies, pregnancy-related contraindications and medicationexpirations

· Inventorymanagement and reports

· Directpharmacist verification to ensure patient safety

· Medicationdispensing and tracking

· Barcodescanning

· Automatedrefill management

· Compliancewith HIPAA, DEA, HiTrust certified and state board regulations

· On-sitetraining/implementation pre/post go-live

· Ongoingsupport options post go-live

· DrugUtilization Review (DRU) screening built into platform to identify duplicativetherapy, allergies, contra-indications, etc.

SubmissionRequirements:

Interestedparties must submit the following in their submission of statement ofqualifications:

· CompanyProfile – Brief overview of the company and software program and years inoperation

· Experienceproviding pharmacy software to behavioral health or healthcare organizations

· Overviewof the proposed solution and key features

· Demonstratedability to integrate with common E.H.R. systems or interface capabilities

· Clientreferences

· Informationon implementation processes, training, and support

· Descriptionof maintenance and upgrade policies

· Certificationsand compliance

· Pricingstructure

Allstatements of qualification must be submitted by 5 pm on May 9, 2025 and shouldbe emailed to shena.ureste@texanacenter.com

SelectionProcess

Theorganization will review the submissions and select the most qualified companybased on experience, qualifications, pricing and overall approach.
