PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS)

The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at the Junction of NM State Hwy & Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Reverse Pharmaceutical Distribution Services, to collect and process unwanted, unusable, or outdated pharmaceuticals for return to the drug manufacture for credit or disposal in accordance with all applicable regulations related to pharmaceutical and hazardous waste handling. The projected period of performance will be a 1-year base with four (4) 1-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541614 – Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $20.0 millions of dollars.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00087 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 14, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 28, 2025. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside
