Other Comments:	Boulder County is seeking proposals for their self-funded pharmacy benefits. This RFP is being conducted as part of Boulder County’s contractual obligation to bid government services every five years. This RFP outlines the requirements that must be met and solicits data that will be used to complete this evaluation. In order for your organization’s proposal to be considered, it is important that you follow the instructions outlined on the RFP Instructions tab and respond to this RFP by the submission due date. The county is looking for a carrier that can provide a comprehensive and competitive pharmacy benefits plan offering. A contract will be awarded to the bidder whose submittal, conforming to the Request for Proposals, will be most advantageous to Boulder County, price, and other factors considered.
