The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #2026-603 PHA-Wide Lead-Based Paint Abatement & Hazard Reduction Bid Opening date is May 21, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on May 4, 2026, at 10:00 am at the project site(s), 124-126 Wooster Street, Hartford, CT 06120.
