Contract No. PF 2025-02. Sectional Overhead Door Replacement Project at City of Marlborough DPW, 135 Neil Street in Marlborough, MA 01752. The Project shall consist of replacement (in-kind) of existing overhead doors (22 Doors). The scope of the base contract includes providing and installing new insulated steel sectional overhead doors. Installation to include all connections to existing infrastructure including track, spring, glazing, and accessories. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units including all associated work, coordination, and start-up of the entire project. Work is estimated to cost $140,000. Bids will be received until Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM and publicly opened, forthwith online. This project is being electronically bid (E-Bid) and hard copies will not be accepted. All bids shall be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com. Project Code 869039. A pre-bid conference and on-site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM at DPW, 135 Neil Street, Marlborough, MA. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
