Description:	The project scope includes modifying the existing Autocon Control Panel and the Existing SCADA panel to: remove the existing bubbler level controls, add a new OIT/HMI, modify the existing PLC programming to control the pumps from a new transducers level management system with backup float controls, add/enable cellular radio communication for the existing SCADA Panel to communicate with the Mill Creek SCADA Hub/server, maintain the Petite Lake Road pumps in automated operation throughout the course of the Work, associated electrical work, and all other related appurtenances necessary to complete the Work.
