This Request For Quotation (RFQ) and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified. Offer or should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. To avoid mistakes, please read the documents identified herein. The City of Oakland requires a contractor to provide the City of Oakland with the various pet food items as described below for a term of two (2) years. All pricing must be valid for the entirety of the agreed term. The City of Oakland does not guarantee any volume of product or service to be purchased as all products or services shall be ordered on an as-needed basis. This RFQ is not a promise that the City will spend the estimated amount or any other amount on a potential award. Estimated annual expenditure: $125,000 per year; $250,000 for a 2-year period
