Pet Circle - New Clinic/Surgery Center

Project Description: The City of Waco is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new Animal Clinic at the City of Waco Animal Shelter site located at 2032 Circle Road, Waco. The 4,775 SF building includes 13 indoor/outdoor isolation kennel runs, X-ray room, large clinic space, animal recovery room, two surgery suites, cat and puppy isolation rooms, two single-use restrooms, small laundry room, three offices with an adjacent breakroom and locker area, lobby, and supporting spaces.
