Pest Control Services for the Arizona State Hospital

The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Arizona State Hospital (ASH) is requesting bids from qualified Suppliers. The purpose of the Solicitation is to conduct a competitive process, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 41-2533 et seq. to provide ​​an all-inclusive Contract for pest control services as specified below for the Hospital.  Requirements include t o provide pest control services at the Hospital t o be submitted as “all inclusive”. This shall include all chemicals, materials, equipment, services, labor, travel, insurances, and workers compensation fee, profits, and overhead expenses.

No Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this solicitation.  All questions related to the solicitation should be submitted using the Discussion Forum tab no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid due date of March 17th 2025 by 3:00 pm local Arizona time.
