NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pest Control Services at the New Jail Facility
The Warren County Board of Supervisors is solici ng sealed bids from qualified firms to provide
comprehensive pest control services at the Warren County Jail, located at 1200 Highway 80, Vicksburg,
MS 39180.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Warren County Purchasing Department un l August 26, 2026,
at 10:00 am, CST, at which me they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A site visit may be held on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 am, CST at the jail facility. A endance is mandatory.
All interested contractors must comply with jail security procedures while on facility property.
Proposal documents may be obtained electronically through Central Bidding at
h ps://www.centralauc onhouse.com or in person, at no charge, from the Warren County Purchasing
Department, 913 Jackson Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39183. Proposals may be submi ed electronically
through Central Bidding or by sealed paper submission to the Warren County Purchasing Department at
the address above.

informali es or irregulari es, and award the contract to the proposer whose proposal is determined to
be in the best interest of Warren County and Clear Creek Golf Course.
