Pest Control Services

San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) is soliciting qualified licensed pest control service providers to furnish comprehensive pest management services for RTD facilities. Services are intended to support a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees, passengers, visitors, and the public.

The selected contractor shall provide routine preventative pest control services, inspections, monitoring, treatment, and as-needed emergency response services for various RTD facilities. Services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including California Department of Pesticide Regulation requirements.

RTD anticipates awarding a contract for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions, exercisable at RTD’s sole discretion. The selected contractor must demonstrate experience providing commercial or public agency pest management services, timely response capabilities, qualified personnel, and consistent service quality.

This solicitation is being issued through OpenGov Procurement in accordance with RTD procurement policies and applicable public contracting requirements.
