INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

INTERIOR & EXTERIOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES

The Medford Housing Authority, the awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified

vendors specializing in interior & exterior pest control for weekly & emergency pest control

services for approximately 785 public housing units that it owns and operates and for its

administrative & management offices in Medford, Massachusetts. Documents prepared by the

Medford Housing Authority and in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B. Award of contract will be

to the responsible and responsive vendor who offers the best price based on unit prices in the bid.

The total contract amount shall not exceed $300,000.00 for the base contract term of three (3)

years

This IFB is subject to the provisions of MGL c.30B sec.5. and to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act

of 1964, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. The Medford Housing

Authority is an equal opportunity employer.

The term of each contract is for three (3) years.

delivered to the Medford Housing Authority, 200 Boston Avenue, Suite G-200, Medford, MA

02155 ATT: Gabe Ciccariello, Interior & Exterior Pest Control Bid and must be received no later

than Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.

A pre-bid briefing session is scheduled for Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the MHA

Maintenance Office located at 84 Exchange Avenue, Medford, MA, 02155.

The Medford Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed in the

housing authority’s best interest to do so.
