Pest Control Services

Project Description: The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD or District) intends to engage the services of one (1) or more contractors to provide Pest Control Services as outlined in this RFP document. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a cost-effective Master Agreement (“Agreement”) for Pest Control Services. The awarded contractor(s) must adhere to all applicable federal, state, local laws, and MCCCD Regulations. The District anticipates awarding contract(s) with the intent to secure service coverage districtwide. How the work is awarded between the college locations are at the District’s discretion. Furthermore, the District will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to its actual spending under them.
