Pest Control Services

The City of Pompano Beach, Florida, is requesting bids from vendors to provide Pest Control Services for the City of Pompano Beach (“City”).

This Invitation to Bib (ITB) aims to hire a certified pest control contractor to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, licensing, equipment, and any incidental necessary to provide preventive and on-call pest control services. The selected contractor will be responsible for effectively controlling and eradicating all pests in all the City facilities.

Quotes will be received by 2:00 p.m. (local) on the day specified, and must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date/time stated above. Any quote received after the due date and time specified will not be considered.
The award will be based on the Total Price to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Bidders must be registered on the City’s eBid System to view the bid documents and respond to this solicitation. The complete solicitation document can be downloaded from the eBid System as a PDF at www.pompanobeachfl.gov. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the responder receives from any source other than the eBid System. The responder is solely responsible for downloading all required documents.
