Pest Control Services

The University at Buffalo is accepting bids for our Pest Control Services for our North, South and Downtown campuses and any University-affiliated buildings for the University Facilities Division, Food Service Division and the Campus Living Division. Covering 233 buildings including multiple traditional residence halls and multiple apartment complexes.

The Bidder is expected to combine Preventative Maintenance and “As Needed” service calls for all three (3) Division’s needs.

The Bidder shall demonstrate and provide proof at the time of Bid submission of at least five (5) years’ experience in Pest Control Services in a commercial setting.

Bidder shall Submit proof at time of Bid Submission of NYSDEC certification in Industrial, Institutional, and Structural Pest Control & New York State Department of Conservation (NYSDEC) registration.

MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT REQUIRED

Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit will result in the rejection of your bid. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions, tour the sites, and provide further clarification as may be required. Please hold all questions until this meeting.

Bidders are required to meet at the below location each of the three (3) days.

Bidders are required to have a company representative attend all days and all locations. Bidders may have a maximum of two (2) representatives attend.

Time: 8:00 AM/EST

Place: 120 Beane Center, North Campus.

The University will provide transportation to all sites being visited. The University reserves the right to cancel the third day if all sites are viewed within the first two days.
