271668 - Pest Control - CEP

For the period 10/01/2026 thru 9/30/2027

Provide general pest control to control the spread of pests, including, but not limited to roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks and spiders. Quote should clearly state excluded pests, if any.

Services should be performed on a monthly basis with recalls, as needed, at no additional charge.   Services to be performed inside and outside of the building.

Supplier is responsible for leaving invoice and service report at time of service.

Payment will be made in arrears.

Does not include termite inspections and/or treatment.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to schedule a site visit to properly quote this service.

Site visits are by appointment only.

Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.
