Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified individuals or firms to provide services as Personnel Hearing Officers pursuant to the Merit System Ordinances, §3-1-1 et seq. ROA 1994 and the Independent Hearing Office Ordinance Section §2-7-2 ROA 1994.
