Personal Property Revaluation For FY27-FY29

The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority

invites proposals from qualified firms to provide the provision of a complete revaluation of all personal property in the City of Framingham for implementation in Fiscal Year 2027. Additionally, the Consultant will provide collection and valuation services in Fiscal Years 2028 and 2029.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 after 11:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 by 11:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
