Personal Information Removal Services

Project Description: The AOC is seeking proposals from prospective Offerors to provide a robust and proactive technology-based solution (“the Service”) to help protect the information privacy of Maryland judicial officers and their Dependents. This Service will provide continuous, comprehensive monitoring and rapid removal of sensitive, personal information (PI) from online platforms, public databases, artificial intelligence platforms, and data broker sites. The Service will actively ensure that sensitive PI remains inaccessible and does not resurface. The Service will also maintain the highest privacy protection standards. Furthermore, the Service will provide queries and reportable data to summarize actions for removal of PI. There is no guaranteed minimum usage.
