The contractor must provide drop-ship services to senior citizens’ residences within the City of Oakland and surrounding areas. All deliveries must be made within 48 hours of ordering. See list of products, equivalent make, and models are not acceptable. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a one-year (1) period with an option to extend an additional three (3), one-year periods. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
