Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to provide interested applicants with information that enables them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by OAS to satisfy the need for PERS services for residents of Montgomery County enrolled in the OPTIONS program. PERS services, defined as an electronic mobile device which allows single touch support for emergency services, are installed and maintained in the older adult’s home in the event of a fall or other medical emergency.
