Personal and Bulk Laundry Service

Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified respondent(s) experienced in providing for the comprehensive large group linen and laundry services in response to an emergency or disaster in which individuals are displaced from their primary residence for 24-hours or longer or in support of evacuations from other areas of the state. The intent is to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
The selected respondent(s) will play a key role in enhancing the City of Dallas’ overall preparedness and ability to respond and recover from a variety of incidents. The selected respondent(s) will provide the requested goods and services in a way that reflects the mission, vision, and goals of the Office of Emergency Management & Crisis Response (ECR)
