Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures that meets the specifications outlined below. This solicitation is unrestricted This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes ARE NOT being requested from any vendors except Patten Co. Inc.. The reference no. for this notice is N00167-26-SIMACQ-CD-83-0111. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Patten Co., Inc. located at 201 Busch Dr. E.
