Prequalification Proposals from General Contractors shall be submitted to Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC on behalf of the Owner electronically to the attention of Missy Lee at

: UNTIL 4:00 PM LOCAL TIME; ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025.
Sealed proposals will be received only from Prequalified General Contractor Bidders by the JF Ingram State Technical College at their offices at 5375 Ingram Road; Deatsville, Alabama, 36022; AT 2:00 PM CST ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2025 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at the Perry County Correctional Center, 4805 Highway 80 East, Uniontown, AL 36786; at 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME, ON Thursday, January 30, 2025, for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering Bidder’s questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is MANDATORY for all General Contractor Bidders intending to submit a Proposal and is highly recommended for all Subcontractors. Bids from Prequalified General Contractor Bidders who do not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected. |
