Permitting for the 2026 Treatment and Monitoring of Lamoka & Waneta Lakes

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Clerk of the Schuyler County Legislature will RECEIVE REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs) for the “the permitting for the 2026 treatment and monitoring of Lamoka and Waneta lakes” for the Lamoka/Waneta Lakes Protection and Rehabilitation District. Proposal specifications may be obtained at the Schuyler County Legislative Office, 105 Ninth Street, Watkins Glen, NY, or by calling 607-535- 8100 and at www.schuylercounty.us/bids. RFPs shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PERMITTING FOR THE 2026 TREATMENT AND MONITORING OF LAMOKA AND WANETA LAKES” and be mailed or delivered to the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY 14891, no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025. RFPs will be opened that same day in the Legislative Chambers. Acceptance/rejection of the sealed proposals will be awarded at a later date at a meeting of the Schuyler County Legislature. The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
