This request for proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (the “NSLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals as per the specifications for a SaaS COTS solution to replace its current Custom built Permits Website used by our Corporate Affair Permits and Policy team to administer permits.
