Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Consulting Services

Project Description: 1.1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the provision of a qualified offeror(s) in the field of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Consulting Services for The Northern Virgina Regional Projects Office (NRVPO).
1.2. The consultant(s) will assist with the PSH program development, strategic guidance, and implementation support for the County’s PSH initiatives aimed at reducing homelessness and supporting adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in Region 2, Northern Virginia. In addition, the selected expert will work closely with Fairfax County team to help create and enhance programs that are effective, sustainable, and aligned with best practices in the PSH field.
1.3. The initial contract period will be for one (1) year with the possibility of extension based on performance and program.
