Description

This Request for Quote is for the procurement of Communications Shelter Manufacture, Delivery, and Installation for the USDA Forest Service – R6 Barlow District Office. This is a firm- fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. The NAICS code for this request is 334220. New Equipment Only. No partial quotes will be considered.



The vendor shall be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM) within 18 months of contract award. See Attachment 1, BOM for item and delivery location details.



All quotes shall be submitted to Molly Donoghue at molly.donoghue@usda.gov no later than 08/11/2025 at 5:00 PM ET. If you have any questions relative to this RFQ, please direct them to molly.donoghue@usda.gov no later than 07/28/2025 – 5:00 PM ET.



THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR A PEPRO COMMUNICATIONS SHELTER - VENDORS MUST SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S CERTIFICATION OF TRAINING TO INSTALL PEPRO SHELTERS
