Pentair Hydromatic Products and corrective maintenance Services

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with BARNEY'S PUMPS, INC. for the provision of Hydromatic Pumps.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Pentair Flow Technologies. to sell these products/services to the County.

Per correspondence from Pentair Flow Technologies dated 01/01/2025, BARNEY'S PUMPS, INC. is the exclusive provider of Hydromatic Pumps in the municipal market in the state of Florida.
Any vendor who believes they can provide the Hydromatic Pumps described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”.
