Project Description: The Retirement Board of the Employees' Retirement System of The County of Montgomery, Pennsylvania (hereinafter "Board") hereby solicits proposals from qualified Actuarial Services (hereinafter "Contractor") of demonstrated professional competence and experience to perform actuarial services for the System.
