Description:

PennDOT, on behalf of the Pennsylvania Tourism Signing Trust (PTST)(Trust), is seeking the services of a qualified Offeror to administer the Logo Signing and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing (TODS) Programs. The Trust was created to administer PennDOT’s Logo Signing and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing (TODS) Programs. These programs provide a public service to travelers on PA highways and advertising opportunities for PA businesses. The Trust’s responsibilities include administration, contracting, engineering, construction, maintenance, repairs and overall daily operation of the programs. The Trust is funded through fees collected from the participants in the programs. The Contract resulting from this RFP will be between the Trust and the Selected Offeror. The Trust will directly issue payment to the Selected Offeror for all services contained in the RFP.
