NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids for the PENNSAUKEN POOL IMPROVEMENTS, will be received by the Pennsauken Township Clerk on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Pennsauken Township Municipal Building located at 5605 N. Crescent Boulevard, at which time said bids will be opened and read in public.

The project consists of the improvements to the Pennsauken Pool, in the municipality. Bid forms, plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and may be obtained by prospective bidders for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 ($75.00 if mailed) for a paper copy or a .pdf copy e-mailed at no charge at said office during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and name of the project on the outside, addressed to Ms. Pamela Scott-Forman, Acting Municipal Clerk. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier’s Check drawn to the order of Pennsauken Township for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, but said security need not exceed $20,000.00.

All bidders must meet equal employment opportunity requirements of P.L. 1975, C 127, as described in the specifications.

The Township of Pennsauken reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities as the interest of the Township may require.
