Description: Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Boulevard, Queens Village, NY 11427, is seeking to procure penile plethysmograph (PPG) services. at its facility. Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Thursday, June 19, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Thursday, June 26, 2025, as well as posted to this ad. Bids are due no later than Thursday, July 8, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. ET. "Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement."
