PEMBROKE STREET AND GREEN STREET PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (M.G.L. c. 30, §39M), sealed bids for the construction of the PEMBROKE STREET AND GREEN STREET PEDESTRIAN

IMPROVEMENTS project will be received by the Town of Kingston, MA, the Awarding

Authority, at the website of Projectdog.com, until 11:00 A.M. local time on Monday, June 22, 2026, immediately after which the bids will be published online.

Prospective Bidders shall be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, “Prequalification of Contractors”. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, “Highway - Sidewalk and Curbing”, for the project with an estimated value of $292,000 will be required.
