Description

NASA/MSFC has a requirement to provide services to update the evaluation of stress loads for deck strength at existing pad locations throughout the barge. The analysis will help determine if the barge can handle new loads of the Exploration Upper Stage (EUS)/Interstage with the new transporter. NASA/MSFC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire these services from Bristol Harbor Group, Inc.



Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort via email to Alicia Reynolds, Contracting Officer at alicia.r.reynolds@nasa.gov and Stephanie Darnell, Contract Specialist at stephanie.darnell@nasa.gov. no later than 12:00 p.m. CST on Monday, November 24, 2025.



Such capabilities and/or qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
