Description
This project will replace Two (2) rooftop electric heat pump package units at Petrified Forest National Parks (PEFO) Painted Desert Community Complex Teacherage (Units J & K). This project will also include all work required for the removal and disposal of existing equipment, pipe installation, ductwork fabrications, electrical connections, system controls, balancing, and start up testing.

This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. See attached specifications for additional details.

Questions are due to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov by June 24th, 2025 at 10am Central Time. A consolidated list of Government responses will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.

This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
