Pediatric Sleep Center

SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need for approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of contiguous space to house Upstate University’s Pediatric Sleep Center. Location needs to be in zip code 13210 and within walking distance to SUNY Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Space must be Class A medical space and must be able to meet Public Health Law (PHL) Article 28 .

Space must meet all applicable local building codes, including an Uninterrupted Power System (UPS). Space must be accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year with overnight hours. Convenient parking, with a minimum 6 spaces for employees, and 12-15 spaces for patients (20+ total, with easy access for patients required. Parking must be surfaced with stripping and have ample lighting. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be supplied by the landlord.

Occupancy desired by summer 2026.

Lease term would be for a minimum of 5 years.

Proposal needs to list as a separate price the cost to bring the space up to Public Health Law (PHL) Article 28 Standards.
