| Description: |
The Work consists of pedestrian safety enhancements at two locations:
• Pingree Road at Grandview Drive (see plans) • Route 176 and Lorraine Drive (see specifications) The work at Pingree Road and Grandview Drive shall include the installation of new Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) on overhead-mounted posts, audible pedestrian push-buttons, sidewalk removal and relocation, curb adjustments, storm sewer relocation, and installation of new pavement markings. The work at Route 176 and Lorraine Drive shall include the installation of pedestrian-activated flashing beacons, sidewalk removal and replacement and appropriate signage. |
