Harrison County, Mississippi (herein called “Owner”), invites quotes at the BOARD CONFERENCE ROOM, FIRST JUDICIAL COURTHOUSE, 1801 23rd AVE, GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI, until 10:00 A.M. (CDT) on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 and then publicly read aloud for the following:

PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY REPAIR AT THE HARRISON COUNTY SAND BEACH

Quotes will be received electronically OR by sealed envelope until the time specified. All quotes will be publicly opened and read aloud in the BOARD MEETING ROOM mentioned above. The Owner will consider null and void any quote not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and such quote will be rejected. Any quote may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of quotes or authorized postponement thereof. Any quote received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
